Forget about elections, forget about al qaeda, forget about sex videos! let's get to the root of the problem.... education, or rather, the lack of it.
there are a few lanes of the road around mid valley and at a certain point, it forks off to the right as well. there's always a queue of cars either going into the mall, or going towards jln klang lama. but what do many people do? they have lost their brakes obviously, because they can't slow down and queue (or maybe they're having serious food poisoning attacks and have to rush to the throne!), but just have to speed to the edge where the fork is, then, unceremoniously sticks into the left and butts in.
But the irony is - idiots on the correct lane, and who have been queuing, will allow them in! So, who's in the wrong????
Didn't we all go to school where we were taught to be civic-minded and considerate? we had Civics lesson in the good ol' days and they taught proper manners, social etiquette and how to be a good civic citizen. these days, I've noticed that the Moral lessons comprise teaching the student what the Gents and Ladies signs mean, and, teaching the student how to interpret the phrase "would you mind..."
No wonder we have road maniacs and road bullies and senseless, mindless motorists. No one has taught them that it is wrong to jump queues !
And the saddest thing is that 99% of these drivers are old enough to be parents - guess what they will, or will not, be teaching their children....
